Our Treatment Philosophy

There are many treatment philosophies and appliances used in orthodontics today. Our primary goal in orthodontic treatment is to meet your needs and achieve the results that you desire in the least invasive way. Although extraction of teeth is sometimes indicated, we utilize methods of expansion, space maintenance, and molar distalization to minimize the need for extractions in cases of dental crowding. Our method for arch expansion involves slow palatal expansion which is achieved by a constant gentle force on the arch to create gradual arch development without the need for screw appliances. We also offer a wide range of esthetic options for orthodontics, including conventional metal braces, clear braces, Invisalign, and clear aligner therapy (invisible braces).
