The Clear Advantage
With improvements in bracket design, we have many esthetic options for braces that are smaller, more comfortable, and less visible than the braces of years ago. We use advanced light cure adhesives to attach brackets to teeth, allowing us to perform orthodontic treatment without having to place bands around every tooth. With these improvements, the term "metal mouth" has become a thing of the past. We also utilize the newest technology with regards to orthodontic wires, in particular superelastic nickel titanium wires. Superelastic nickel titanium wires exert gentle forces that allow us to move teeth both comfortably and efficiently.
Brackets
RMO LUXI II Ceramic Bracket
For clear braces, we use the RMO LUXI II Ceramic Brackets. LUXI II brackets are state-of-the-art, providing both treatment efficiency and esthetics with their innovative design. To enhance their function, they are fabricated with a gold insert that allows for improved torque control and reduced friction, without compromising esthetics.
RMO Synergy Bracket
For standard brackets, we use the RMO Synergy Brackets. Synergy brackets are also state-of-the-art in design with their rounded arch slot walls that reduce binding and friction, resulting in decreased treatment time. Furthermore, their tri-wing configuration of hooks allow for multiple ligation options that enhance control of rotation and friction.
RMO Synergy R Bracket
For self-ligating brackets, we use the RMO SWLF Synergy R Bracket. SWLF Synergy brackets incorporate all of the innovative features of the standard Synergy Bracket but with a self-ligating design (convertible tube). They provide the ultimate in flexibility, acting as a virtually frictionless bracket when unconverted or as a standard bracket when the tube door is removed.

Wilson 3D Lingual Tube
The Wilson® 3D® appliance system works in conjunction with the various RMO bracket systems. The key elements of the Wilson® 3D® appliance system are the buccal and lingual tubes that allow for a virtually plug-and-play setup of appliances. Due to the innovative design, appliances can be easily inserted and removed at any point of treatment to allow for the ultimate in treatment flexibility. No longer do patients have to undergo the inconvenience of having appliances individually soldered, cemented, and debanded at different stages of treatment.
